PPS MD Shortlisted for Outstanding Contribution to Technology Award

05 Nov 2013

Kirsty Davies-Chinnock has been short-listed in these inaugural awards which take place on the 28th November at the stylish Hotel La Tour in Birmingham.

City & Style Magazine is a lifestyle platform for aspirational women and the awards aim to recognise and profile women in the West Midlands, who are making a difference in society, breaking boundaries within their fields and contributing to the economic well being of the region.

From Enterprise and Fashion, to Technology, Blogging and The Arts, the awards have also been devised to create a much needed platform for women in the region. Founder of the awards and Editor in Chief of City&Style Magazine, Justice Williams has received an MBE for Services to Young People in Birmingham. A previous recipient of two high profile awards including Cosmopolitan Magazine’s Most Inspiring Women of the Year, Justice felt that women in the West Midlands deserved a platform to be recognised for their talents, success and achievements.

“Women contribute so much to society but many real life role models are predominantly obscured from the mainstream media. I believe it is important to celebrate those within the West Midlands who are creating real change".

Kirsty is incredibly honoured to be short-listed for this award and is keen to facilitate the growth of women in manufacturing and engineering.
