The need to use perforated materials continues to grow. The markets we serve include: sound suppression applications; microwave and EMI/RFI radiation containment; the filtration and purification of air, water and gases; and a host of decorative uses. Indeed the rapid growth in the use of perforated materials suggests that we’ve only scratched the surface for potential applications. Audio – Bion works with leading sound-system manufacturers to produce bespoke covers for specialist acoustic equipment
Automotive – this sector utilises Bion’s unique designs in their exhausts and other metal bodywork, interior furnishings and sound systems
Baking Trays – Bion produces flat, oil- and burr-free perforated baking trays that benefit our customers by removing the technical operations from their facilities
Ceilings – used in many environments, from offices and showrooms to warehouses and hospitals, Bion can perforate suspended ceiling tiles backed with acoustic fabric and solve most thermo-acoustic issues in industrial and commercial applications
Enclosures – Bion’s perforated metal sheets are widely used in the electronics industry for their acoustic properties and superb ventilation. Our knowledge and design expertise in this area is both global and market-leading
