Prior to managing Red Door Research Jim Lennon was the senior London based Commodities Analyst for Macquarie Bank. He worked for Macquarie for 16 years and ran a research team which serviced the equity, LME trading and corporate advisory divisions of the bank with steel, coal, metals and minerals research and market intelligence.
Jim has over 30 years of experience in researching the international metals and mining industries.

Richard joined the CBI as Assistant Director in London in September 2014 working with global infrastructure, manufacturing, engineering and technology companies.
In March 2016 he moved to the East Midlands as Regional Director and is now focused on supporting businesses to ensure the region’s main priorities are reflected in both national and regional policy.
Prior to joining the CBI, Richard has over 15 years’ experience working in the sports and leisure industry. During his career he has partnered with a number of major operators, from trade associations to sports governing bodies and worked closely with government departments to develop programs and initiatives.

"Commodity Risk Management"
Robert has just set up his own commodity risk management consultancy. He comes with 38 years of experience in the commodity markets. From post-graduate studies in South Africa, he moved into mining and agricultural commodity research, then into a base metal marketing capacity at a number of institutions, most notably at the Bank of Nova Scotia. In 2004 working for Mittal Steel and later ArcelorMittal, he set up, centralised and ran their commodity risk management operation. Robert has been consulted by various global, regional and academic institutions on commodity risk management.
