The BSSA Annual Dinner 2010 and Forum will take place on Thursday 11th November at Chesford Grange, Kenilworth, Nr Warwick.
The dinner presents an ideal opportunity for members, and non-members alike, to interact and relax in the beautiful surroundings of Chesford Grange. The Welcome Reception will start at 19:15 and we sit down to dinner at 20:00. This year's after dinner speaker is Ian Irving, a regular entertainer on the after dinner speaking circuit.
The cost is £70 (+ VAT) for members and their guests and £90 (+ VAT) for non-members.
Bedroom reservations are available at Chesford Grange and are strictly available on a first-come first-served basis. We have BSSA bedroom allocation available until Thursday 30th September, after this date any remaining rooms on our allocation will be released back into the main booking system. Anyone wishing to book a room should do so directly with Q Hotels Central Reservations (quoting the BSSA Annual Dinner Allocation List) on 0845 074 0060. Rooms are available at £100 for single occupancy, and £110 for double occupancy per night; both rates include bed and breakfast and VAT.
The Forum will take place in the afternoon prior to the Annual Dinner; members and their guests are welcome to come and hear speakers on a variety of topics including an update on the economic recovery in the UK and the outlook for the stainless steel market. Refreshments will be made available for those attending the forum from 14.00; the forum will run from 14:30 - 16:30.
The forum is free of charge for those attending the dinner; if you would like to attend the forum only, a charge of £25 (+VAT) will apply.
